Forming Processes

Forming in depth

Hot Forming CORE
Press forming at high temperatures for components in heat-resistant steels, duplex steels and nickel-based alloys. Heating in proprietary furnaces with controlled atmosphere and documented process temperature.
Temperature: up to 1,150 °C · Part weight: up to 1,000 kg
Cold Forming CORE
Press forming at room temperature for high dimensional accuracy and strength through cold work hardening. Used for custom formed parts and components with tight tolerances.
Materials: stainless steel, duplex, low-alloy steels
Hydroforming CORE
Proprietary hydroforming line for complex hollow components that cannot be produced by classical press forming. Tees, Y-fittings and custom geometries.
Materials: stainless steel, duplex, special alloys
Heat Treatment
Solution annealing, tempering and stress relief in proprietary furnaces under controlled atmosphere. Material properties to specification. Documented process parameters per batch — mandatory for ISO 19443 and defense supply chains.

Machining
Turning, milling and sawing for final geometry, weld preparation and functional surfaces. Tolerances for dimensional, form and position per customer specification.

Surface Treatment
Sandblasting and pickling for surface-critical stainless steel applications. Removal of scale, heat tint and contamination. Preparation for downstream inspection and coating.
